Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this wonderful Courtyard Villa in the amazing Florida recreation area called The Villages. Your courtyard villa will be fully furnished and spotlessly clean upon your arrival The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and there is a gas grill on the patio/lanai for the grill master.
The master bedroom with private bath has a king size bed. Using 3rd bedroom as a Den which has a 47" color TV with internet hookup and Living room has 55 inch tv. It also has a patio door leading out to the screened lanai, Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning in total privacy in your lanai or courtyard area. The guest bedroom has a queen size.
This courtyard villa is located in Hillsborough Village which is coinventiently located to golf courses, swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Private country club, Seabreeze & Eisenhower recreational club. We are a 15 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Square and Brownwood-Paddock Square. Here you can enjoy resturants, shops, cinema and free live professional entertainment nightly in all village squares.
The villages is a golf cart community with approximately 50 golf courses (executive and championship courses) to enhance your stay we provide a 2013 Yamaha gas golf cart (with insurance) with your villa rental. You will find with the many scenic and well marked golf cart trails that you will want to go everywhere in the Villages with in your golf cart.

Enjoyed the comfort of the villa. It was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Location was great and close to everything and we thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart.Host made arrival very easy with very detailed instructions!

Excellent Village Villa

Clean, comfortable with all you need to enjoy your stay in The Villages. 5 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy all the food, shopping and great nightly entertainment . Homeowner was quick to respon. Would stay again if I didn’t find my own home in the Vilkages in this trip.

Summer Fun

We had such a wonderful stay. The golf cart gave us the freedom to slow down and see more. The Square was awesome as always. Morning walks were safe and secure with many persons walking their dogs. Location highly recommended and the accommodations were like being home.

Exceptional place

This was one of my Best vacations. This Villa is very relaxing and very clean. We would love to relocate to this beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very kind. At this Villa also we had access to all the supplies we needed. Lastly we will say the owner of this Villa was very kind and quickly responsive to our emails/calls. We will without a doubt return to this Beautiful Villa and location.

Beautiful Courtyard Villa in The Villages

The villa was fully equipped with everything needed including a grill, washer and dryer, some laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, towels, small appliances, dishes, hairdryer, and golf car, etc. Instructions to enter and exit premises were very simple to follow. The owners were very nice and answered all my questions immediately. I would highly recommend this villa as it is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a private courtyard/patio and centrally located to many activities, events, restaurants, and pools, etc.

Great Villa

Lovely Villa which was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Check in was easy and all essentials provided for. The location is good about 5 mins from Brownwood and near local recreation centres. Directions to property were excellent; access to property was easy. The villa was as described so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Amenities and provisions were outstanding. Location was excellent giving easy access to all areas of the Villages. Golf cart was as described, outside areas of villa were again excellent. All-in-all a great property and would love to rent again.

Love the Villages

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Charlotte was wonderful to work with. The villa was immaculate and well equipped. It is well located to many Executive Golf Courses and to 1 of the town centers…Brownwood. Would highly recommend this villa.
