Stayed for the 1st week of Sept.in this unit on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator and luggage carts so getting unpacked is not a chore. There are also lots of tables and umbrellas on this level and two chairs outside the unit. Great location steps away from entrance to the beach, however it needs some updating. Furniture was uncomfortable and the unit was not particularly clean. Found a pile of sand behind the front door, hair on bathroom floor, and cereal under sofa. TV would also repeatedly freeze and lose its wireless connection. Beds were old and very soft and saggy. Kitchen is tiny with very little counter space and no dishwasher, however it was decently equipped with foil, wrap, pots, utensils and coffee filters. Plenty of grills which are downstairs on the ground level. We ate breakfast and lunch outside in the common areas so we did not have to eat inside on the small table in the cramped living space. Luckily, it did not rain. The building itself appears to be a converted motel however it is in reasonably decent shape and the property managers run it efficiently. Our assigned parking space was underneath which required lots of maneuvering to navigate around the poles supporting the building. Not a bad stay but look for a more modern place if we return to the Crest.
