"The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight
our boys"

"Wichtig vorab! Dies ist kein Hotel sondern ein Aparthotel, bei der Buchung/Filterung ist dies nicht eindeutig und auch aus dem Namen „Resort“ lässt sich dies nicht ableiten.
Zimmer war besenrein, beim Barfuß laufen hat man jedoch Krümel gespürt.
Alles war modern und sehr hochwertig Küchegeräte von Miele und Siemens, sämtliche Küchenutensilien von WMF.
Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück ist eine reichhaltige Frühstücksbox welche morgens von der Tür steht.

"Der Gastgeber war eigentlich immer zu erreichen und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen und Ideen geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür :)!!Die Ausstattung des Panorama Chalets ist mehr als ausreichend, man hat sämtliche Utensilien um sich vollumfänglich wohlgehen zu lassen!"

"There's reception only until 3 pm. We arrived a bit later and the check-in process is terrible. No one to talk to (especially since I only have eSim and there's no WhatsApp option for a call. The process and details were not clear. The key was left in a safe, but there were 2 envelops in the same safe. We went to the wrong room, and in the last second, other gust so that we're not sure, and told us to be careful with this mistake since they got in the wrong room and were charged extra for...
