"The room and property were very clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, cereal etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. This didn’t bother me but could be a concern for others… I could hear the lady next door very clearly. My room faced the highway and parking lot. I could hear the traffic and people outside. Probably better on the backside of the hotel. We had 2 rooms, both had a few gnats but luckily nothing too crazy. Shower was nice. No lotion provided though. Overall it was nice!"

"Just a one night stay as we headed to our final destination, but easy in, easy out, Fire and Ice was really good, rooms were modern and really nice. Easy parking. This is not AI, just a real person from Minnesota passing through. Recommend it if doing the same thing as us!"

"We didn’t stay the night. Bed mattress looked liked it had been slept in for 10 years. Dipped where people have laid over time."

"I had a water leak in ceiling above the shower but when I returned after a conference day it was taken care of. They got right on it and also had complimentary waters in the room. Staff were excellent."

"Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks."

"Very quiet, we did not hear any outside noise or traffic. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed the extra room of the studio suite. Breakfast was good, especially liked the spinach and feta cheese pastry and the crock pot of oatmeal."

"Stains on the walls floor and ceiling. Poop stains in the toilet. Smell of weed and smoke. So many others things. I left immediately and went to another hotel "
