"House was as described and property group was good at communicating. Beatiful lake views and a small park nearby. The house only has queen beds, there is no king in the master as decribed in the pic and the septic system backed up into our shower during the stay."

"Great place and price. Stayed with my friends and we had a great time. The river view was amazing. House was clean and rooms were spacious. Cooktop worked fine and the dishwasher was working fine as well. Heater was functioning warm enough for 30F below. Great place and value for the stay."

"The location was perfect overlooking the Eden islands and Delaware River. Lots of room to explore. My adult children and dog loved it. Bonfire area was a big hit. The house was well stocked. We plan to visit again."

"We trailered a couple of bikes up for the weekend to ride. I always worry about security with bikes being so easy to steal, but this property is incredibly private while also being easy to access with a short trailer. A large flat area made loading and unloading so quick. The house itself was cute, comfortable, and high-end, exactly what was represented in the listing. "This lakehouse was gorgeous for our small elopement! A little cold at first, but we made use of the space heaters and fireplace! Lots of blankets, too! Perfect cozy atmosphere for our intimate ceremony "

"We were 3 couples over 55 who enjoyed the nicely stocked kitchen, awesome game room and beautiful dock. The weather didn’t cooperate but the firepit area was great and the scenery was excellent. We enjoyed the deck, the s’mores basket (indoors due to rain :/)) and would recommend this property. The heading was comfortable, the furniture worked out great and the free streaming was nice too! "

"My partner and some friends of ours had a lovely time relaxing by the lake during our stay. Only complaint was that the pool heater was broken but that didn't stop us from having a great time in the water!"

"Quintessential Poconos property with woods and deer grazing nearby. The roomy pool was DIVINE! It's heated to the perfect temp, not a chill to get in. We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key! It would be a great place in the winter too if you come to ski in the area. temp and not a chill to get in"
