"PROS:
Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean (kudos to housekeeping), comfortable beds, fridge and microwave included. Location is ideal for the Kingsway Mall and is within 5 mins drive lot of common frequented places like McDonald's, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Tim Hortons etc...
CONS:
Hotel condition is poor and needs a major renovation. Gym has little equipment and is damaged."

"We were put on the second floor my teen son and I with other families with small kids running up ad down halls yelling and so on. I don’t understand why they don’t put families with small children on one floor and others on another floor. Making it a comfortable environment for all including families, too"

"Everything was great for the most part. I don’t expect a lot for what I’m paying. I just look mostly for cleanliness. The rest looked great but was disappointed in the bed. Initially looked clean but then noticed 2 hairs on the pillow and sheets. Not happy with that. Plus, the top bed cover is old and pilling. Most hotels don’t use those anymore. So I pulled it off the bed for the few days we stayed. Everything else was great!"

Gave them reservation # said had no record of it ..offered me a booking instead and I refused as felt I wasn’t paying for another room … Today my credit card had been charged !!! How can you. "I checked out at 1am instead of getting any sleep. Hotel is newer and built cheaply so it’s always loud… you hear every step, every door close, toilet flush etc. light from the side of the hotel comes in the windows, the drapes don’t cover them very well so the room is bright as day 24/7… my bed was either worn out or just way too soft to begin with, my lower back was killing me just from laying there trying to sleep. Pillows are about 3’ round and always bounce back as well so it’s like holding...
