"Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol"

"This was a perfect spot for our vacation. Quiet and off the beaten path. Still super close to all the things we went to see. It was wonderful place to stay and the sunset was gorgeous out the back porch. Clean and cool. "

"My stay here was INCREDIBLE! Honestly wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I was lucky to get out of town and head to Escalante with a friend. The casita is gorgeous and was spotless upon arrival. We cooked a couple times, having the full kitchen was a life saver. The host was really friendly and responsive! We had such an amazing time. Will definitely recommend this to friends/family and would stay here again. Cannot recommend enough! "

"This was my third time at this property. It has been wonderful every time. Located in a quiet part of town, with a nice view of the surrounding landscape. Comfortable bed and very clean. Just be aware there isn't a full kitchen, but the listing makes that clear. I will definitely be back."

"We loved The Walnut Room. It’s was clean, cozy and the most comfortable bed! Kimmi was so welcoming & gave us great recommendations. It’s a quick drive to Bryce Canyon where we had a fabulous day & returned to a hot shower & sat out in the yard & watched the hummingbirds. Loved the larger mini-fridge where we could freeze ice packs & bring lunch into the park. Thanks for the snacks Kimmi. She’s added every detail you could want for. "

"We absolutely loved this place. Our host, Kimmi, was on site and had our unit sparkling for our arrival. It was perfect for the two of us and we were able to walk to dinner, grocery and gas. In the evening, we watched the deer (7!) walk through the back yard. It is a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon.Kimmi is a lovely woman who is a great ambassador to the property and is a great resource regarding the surrounding trails, hikes, things to do and places to get a good meal. I think we found...

"Communication with owner eas great. We had 2 issues and he resolved them right away. Carportbwas a nice touch. Washer and dryer looked fairly new. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Very close to Bryce. I think the couch was a hide-a-bed and was hard to get up for teo old people! Enjoyed our stay. A lot around the area to enjoy."
