Bedroom 1- double bed, single bed and cot, triple wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. Two bedside tables with lamps. Hairdryer, safe for valuables and bedside chair.

Bedroom 2- two single beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamp and bedside chair.

Upstairs Shower Room-Fully tiled with quadrant shower, basin and WC.

Kitchen/Diner- cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dinning table with 6 chairs. Fitted kitchen units with plenty of kitchen utensils, central heating boiler.

Airing cupboard-with iron and ironing board, hoover, airer etc.

Also downstairs there is a separate WC and hand basin.

Lounge-Wood burning stove, one sofa, one sofa bed, one armchair, coffee table,TV/DVD player with both French and English Satellite Channels, triple aspect windows overlooking a field.

Own patio with barbecue table and chairs. There is also access to lawned areas with football goal, trampoline and swings plus other garden games.

No smoking inside the gites please.
