"I enjoyed my stay staff in restaurants excellent . Receptions poor not welcoming no smiles ask for a 4am wake up call lucky I had my phone alarm as well as they forgot to do it . Mentioned it to reception staff no oh sorry just an animal sound grunt . Outdoor very nice pool nice food very nice . ..."

"Great venue and rooms are nice. Breakfast needs sorting, it took far too long. A buffet would be more suitable less reliant on staff confusion at the register or staff noy showing up. Also was a bit cold in cafe as its the dry season."
