Entire Lakehouse property with 1 guest apartment in the lower level each with its own kitchen, bathroom and living area. You will privately have the entire place to yourselves. Total of 7 Bedrooms, 2 Kitchens & 3 Bathrooms. Private Backyard, Patio & Dock. Smart TV/ Roku add on on all 9 TV's in the home. Exceptional Lake Views! Marble Floors, granite, and quartz through out home. High end Neighborhood. Exterior surveillance monitoring. Fishing, swimming, paddle boating allowed.

Main level of home there is a Master king bedroom with attached balcony and bathroom. There is another bedroom with King size bed and attached bathroom, Another full size bedroom and Then a Beautiful & spacious Queen room with Lakeviews.

Space also includes a marble tiled floor living area and a view room which is absolutely perfect for cozying up with a book and coffee.

In the lower attached apartments there is a King Bedroom and a full size bedroom with a walk out patio which is absolutely Perfect for watching the sunset.

Overall Great experience

This was an overall great place to stay! The neighborhood is beautiful, the house is also beautiful. It could have been cleaned a bit better, but overall no real complaints. The wall sized mirror in the downstairs bedroom did fall off the wall exposing a door to the water heater which was a little weird and scary to the friend staying in the bedroom! The light pole outside also fell while we were away one day. Could probably use a facelift or deep cleaning but we enjoyed our stay. There was PLENTY of room and the views made up for everything else. If and when we come back we would love to stay in the same place!

Great house with tons of room!

Our family and some friends stayed at the house to watch the March Madness games. We had plenty of room. Went for a walk each morning and the neighborhood was beautiful. If we are ever in Wichita will stay again.
