Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. Enjoy a small stay in this mini bnb nestled in a small wooded area within the city. There is WIFI on the property, 2 smart TVs, both bed are sofa beds 1 full and 1 twin. Easily convert your living space into sleeping space in this cute and cozy nightly rental. We have grill area with a picnic table (weather permitting) and fire pit. Guests provide own wood for that. Within 5 miles is a Walmart, Atwoods, and several restaurants and 1 grocery store.

Clean room, amply supplied, nice and quiet, safe. Host responded quickly when we got lost due to GPS confusion. If I may make a constructive suggestion, please add knobs or pulls to the cabinet draws and cabinets. I have arthritic hands and had to use a plastic knife to open them. May not apply to everyone but it sure would help old people like me. Thank you for your excellent hosting.

Great little house. Wished that we could park a little closer to it, but it was nice to have covered parking. It was perfect for what we needed.

Long brent hair stuck to the shower wall. Front porch oulets were not within nec code . Needs to be enclosed gfci . One was gfci and the other was a normal outlet . I was told not to fall on the grass. Weird . This was on the back of the dilts construction inc property. Which facebook posts has as scammers and conarts. The husband of the host was a odd duck and a weirdo . Gave me the odest look while rolling past me . I was also told not to drive on the grass . Thier was a parking lot to park in . Would have liked my new truck parked closer to me . Considering the drunks that rented the other cabin had four guys and each brought thier truck . Had a wierd woman walk into the cabin green space and walk out . Would bring sleeping bag if going to this one. Bed is worn out .

The house is quite small as it says on the title. We could not do anything out side since the whether is so hot. The parking space is quite far especailly when you have a lot of stuffs and no cart for carry them in one trip. My husband and I made like 5 trips back and fort. The wifi signal is so slow. I could not load one picture. Open app and check some message take forevere. No use for youtube and all that. At night time so many bugs out side, the second we opened the door, they will fly in for the light. We have to turn off the lights when we go out and get in. There are some tea and coffee provided One of the bags was opened. I think they should not provide the opened bag. They have big refrigerator, great!! All utensils are provided, great!!! The water plastic cups are all cracked and broken. Tbey shoul have hood to do the job while cooking. Right now the host is ignor, never replied or contact me anything I originally booked 4 nights and the sound of the sofabed that so noisy we could not move. Every time we moved it will make noise. There is no space for the person inside to get up and go to the bathroom. I had to go over my husband. It made him awake. We could not rest. After we decided to check out. I left a message that I checked out. I got message from the host chaging the days to 2 days booking. This is not honorable. I could have gone back to stay, if I want to. Instead got removed from the booking and the host could have somebody else come stay for my time.

Small getaway

Very nice and quiet, and had everything we needed. Two TV’s, two hideaway beds, and a front porch to set out on and enjoy the peacetime.

Nice place

Perfect get away

The property manager was fantastic, super responsive, and helpful with last minute change to an earlier arrival date. This was perfect location for a weekend visit with our Airman staying at Sheppard AFB, only five minutes to the base. The property was clean, comfortable, and most importantly it was in a safe environment. Thanks again.

Tiny house

We only needed a place to sleep on our road trip from Salt Lake to Dallas, and this place worked just fine. I liked that it was quiet, easy to find, and easy to get into even in the dark; since we arrived at about 1 AM… Significantly later than we had originally hoped. I will say I wasn't prepared for two small hide a beds… But they were comfortable enough. We arrived late and left quite early the next morning, so didn't really do anything other than sleep.

Wichita Falls home

Small house was perfect for me, party of 1. It was very new and was safe and secluded. I think it was so new the ice maker hadn't been hooked up, as that would have been nice to have since it was so hot outside. Also the inside mounted AC unit was almost not able to keep it cool, especially in the back room. Keep in mind it was 107 so difficult for any AC to keep anything cool, but I slept in the front room where the AC was blowing instead of the back bedroom. Over all a great little home that was very quiet.

Perfect little get away

We stayed at the rental 3 nights and 4 days. The house was very clean when we got there. The fridge wasn’t working but we had a mini fridge brought to us. Easy communication with property manager. Over all stay was satisfying.

We come to town at least four times a year and this will absolutely be our first choice going forward. The CUTEST little house with a perfect little porch. Super friendly owner. The best experience we have ever had traveling. 100/10 recommend.
