"This was a brilliant stop over place on our long journey, clean, private and a relief from the car, setting upright for hours! I would definite recommend it. They had coffee and teas and microwave for quick meals be brought from lldil 10mins away. With a dining section opposite the TV, I was grateful after the long drive to just sit there with our TV meals!"

"We had an excellent stay at this property! The house was spotless, cozy and really well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable beds too. "This was in a great location but unfortunately the lift had broken a month before we arrived and no one informed us. We found walking up 5 flights of stairs not the easiest and wish we had been informed. The air conditioning didn’t work either though we did have a fan. The heat in the room was overbearing."

"Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. The home owners were very apologetic (no-one's fault) and did all they could...

"The property was clean, pleasantly decorated and contained all the essentials we needed for a small family group. It was good to have a table and chairs on the decked area overlooking grassed space, where my grandson could play. Good location, near Fort Victoria and Colwell Bay and a short drive from the shops in Freshwater."

"The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away."
