"Breakfast was a little "light", no orange juice. potatoes were a little dry. Room was clean, smelled fresh. check in was a breeze. as was check out. Outside area could have been a little cleaner, cigarette butts. I would definitely stay at this location again."

"Breakfast was good. It wasn't bad for being free however, the attendant let certain items (sausage and french toast) run out before replacing with more and it was early... Breakfast is from 6-9am and we were eating at 7am. It was easy to check in but there were no parking spots at all when we pulled in. We're pretty sure the rooms on the second floor were being used as a brothel."

"If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. "

The lady at the office barely spoke English and when I explained that the room stunk, she acted irritated and thrust a can of febreeze at me. There were bugs crawling underneath the microwave.
