    Escape to Southern Vermont for a peaceful getaway made for families and groups. Our home sits across from beautiful Harriman Reservoir, with filtered water views and lake access just a short walk away, and is only about 25 minutes from Mount Snow.

    Spend your days exploring Vermont, then come home to relax in the hot tub, enjoy the peaceful outdoors, gather together in the spacious living areas, or challenge each other to a game of pool. With 4 bedrooms plus a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 11 guests, there’s room for everyone to settle in and enjoy time together.

    From the cozy Ski Bunker to the tucked-away Bear Den, the house has a relaxed Vermont feel that’s perfect for reconnecting with the people you came with.

    Most of all, we love simply gathering here and making memories together. We hope our home gives your group a place to slow down, reconnect, and make memories you’ll cherish long after your stay.
