Sun drenched, contemporary, and the ideal base for your next escape to Whitianga, this three-bedroom holiday home is just a few minutes walk from The Lost Spring and the beach. Welcome to Sun and Sea Sanctuary!

An abundance of windows and sliding doors let the natural light pour into the open-plan living space at this Whitianga accommodation, while the sheltered deck and fully fenced yard offer the ideal place to enjoy summer afternoons and alfresco BBQ dinners. There's even a shaded and secure dog run for the four-legged family members!

When you're not out having fun in the sun, keep the whole family entertained, comfortable, and connected with everything Sun and Sea Sanctuary has to offer. A fully equipped entertainers style kitchen lets you whip up delicious brunches, or perhaps some snacks to accompany a movie night on the Smart TV with basic Sky. This is all topped off with temperature control at the touch of a button thanks to the available heat pump.

Three bedrooms here at Sun and Sea Sanctuary comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite bathroom. An additional bathroom, laundry facilities, and a handy outdoor shower complete the setup for your stay.

Start your morning off right with a delicious Nespresso coffee, then stroll nine minutes to the beach where you can soak up the rays and take a refreshing dip! If you have a boat, bring it along and park it at Sun and Sea Sanctuary, then when it's time to head out for a day on the water, the Whitianga boat ramp is just a two-minute drive away.

If you fancy something a little indulgent, The Lost Spring thermal pools and day spa are less than 100m from your home away from home. Or if you're more of an adventurer, drive just over half an hour to Hahei where you can take the walk to Cathedral Cove for some breath-taking scenery.

The accommodation is exactly as advertised and well equipped. Very comfortable, a real home from home. Location is within walking distance of bars, cafes and the beach. It was perfect for us.

Easy to be in property. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again. Only comments for improvement would be that grass was very long on arrival, and no instructions on oven which we couldn’t get to work. But everything else was great.thank you!

This property is of very high presentation, everything you could need provided. The location is great for walk to town, beach and supermarket. Also to beautiful Day Spa with restaurant, nice food and surrounds. I would highly recommend staying at this address. My dogs loved it too. Thank you.
