"My grandkids and had a blast fishing having a campfire and laying on the dock looking at the stars. Loved sleeping overnight in a beautiful log cabin instead of a tent. We all said we wished we lived there!"

"Experienced a wonderful short term “getaway”.Lisa was wonderfully easy to correspond with.Any questions or concerns were addressed in a very punctual manner. A very beautiful and private property which was tranquil/serene. Our four-legged canine (Sköl), had a wonderful time!"

"What an amazing stay! Will definitely be back with the family and dog next time. Great attention detail (coffee syrup selection, pillows galore, makeup towels, and even dog fitted towels!), quite peaceful surroundings, awesome game room... I could go on! Short drive to the PA Grand Canyon and the view of the stars was beautiful! 10/10"

"I would like to give this property as many stars as we was able to see …. A MILLION STARS!!!! Everything was perfect. You can tell our host has pride in his property and wants his guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Perfect location for stargazing! Loved the Lumber museum right across the street and my adult kids were able to rent an ATV just steps away from the cabin! A million stars!!!!"

"The house was so cute and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The location was great. You could easily walk into town to get a coffee or check out the little shops, but it was also very quite at night. Having a back yard to be able to spend time in was amazing. Would stay here again!"

"We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nicely kept and very clean. The cabin had everything we needed to have a nice stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. "

"The host made the whole process easy. We were given excellent directions to the cabin and we had no issues getting into the cabin. The cabin was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The WiFi and TV both worked well. The location was a reasonable driving distance from the attractions we were interested in seeing. "

The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. "
