"The room was so comfortable and everything was well thought out, eg: the lighting, the storage, the fridge, the products in the bathroom. Towels were big and soft, as was the bed.
Unfortunately, I picked up food poisoning at a grotty restaurant nearby and Beverly couldn't have been kinder, more helpful or more genuine. Thank you Beverly!!"

"We had a lovely break here. Just a shame the hotel couldnt arrange a connecting room for our young children who we did not want leave on their own so ended up only room having paid for 2. The hotel receptionist blamed Expedia. I did message the hotel a week in advance. Beds were comfortable. BE AWARE a charge for swimming is made for each person (£10 adult and £5 for children) who has not booked direct the hotel. Would we book again? Probably not. Staff were friendly. "Hotel was nice but there was no air in the room and so was very hot. The power went off a few times and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. The back of the hotel gardens were extremely pretty and people were hanging out having no a glass of wine and/or reading a book."

Room was sparse, breakfast was a major let down, a good clean is overdue.
I suggest that management spend a few nights there incognito to experience what I am saying.

"The carpark was privtely run by the council and although it was very close it was a bit of a problem paying each day which wasn't the hotels fault the council need to do more to help
You had to get up by7am to pay for your car parkng
I think the hotel should pay the council for your parking and then add it to your bill at the end of your stay"
