"Room (deluxe with bath) blew us away - fantastic and very luxurious. Booked room with a bath to relax after a hard couple of weeks. Unfortunately the bath jets didn’t work and the water was only just warm. Reception offered to send someone out to check but the moment had already passed.
Everything else with the stay was great - just shame with the bath which we’d booked specifically "

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out.
The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good.
The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle.

"We loved our stay at Hampton Manor. The rooms were so comfortable and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The most memorable part were the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special. We also asked for recommendations in Birmingham and Beth was incredibly helpful and we loved her lunch suggestion. We would love to return some day! Thank you Hampton Manor."
