A cozy cottage getaway nestled in the woods of East Texas. Vintage modern and peaceful. Set on 10 acres with flower and herb gardens. In the country but not far from town-less than 5 miles fromTyler - the Rose capital of Texas. Cottage is decorated with antiques and family treasures. We hope you will relax and unwind and have a beautiful stay here! We can customize your stay for special occasions- with great add-ons such as:

The cottage was clean and had all the amenities needed to complete your stay. Appreciated the added touch of a Valentine’s Day treat. Not sure where the pup doggies belonged, but they were a fun little welcoming committee as well.
It’s a cozy tiny home with just enough space for a couple.

Sweet place

Small and unique. Quite peaceful and private. If you're looking for "seclusion" this isn't your place but no body bothers you. Close to everything. Cottage is well prepared and very enjoyable. Great for a relaxing getaway which is exactly what we got. Worth the stay!

Exactly as promised…and more!

I feel like so often the descriptions for things are misleading! People use language to describe things in a better light than they actually are. This was NOT the case with this stay. Everything was delightful, above and beyond. Things were beautiful, clean, and intentional. We really enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were super accommodating. If my husband and I ever get a night or two away from our kids again, we will surely be back!

Cozy and simple

Sweet and simple place. Nearby everything but still secluded away. Would definitely be more private when leaves and foliage is back; not that it wasn’t. Very nice home and the property puppy was very sweet

Peaceful Concert Retreat

My BFF and I loved the serenity of this little cottage. It is very well done with a lot of heart put into it. We were in town to see CeCe Winans in Concert at Green Acres and the location was perfect. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

This little cabin was amazing! The worst thing about it was we had to leave and resume our regular livelihood and go home! 10/10 would recommend.
