"Great place to spend the night and shower..no fancy extras needed. Had all the basic necessities. Though if you need coffee to wake up, bring your own maker..we did!! Just right for 2 people quick weekend get away!"

"The condition of the property was as described in the listing. Good location within walking distance of downtown. I would have rated it higher, but we could not get the electronic door lock to work from the outside. I contacted the management company for help, but they did not help. So, we packed everything back in our car when we left for dinner because we didn't want to leave it all in the unlocked room while we were gone. At least there was a deadbolt lock that worked from the inside so we...

"Nice new home for a family weekend. Clean and well appointed. Could use a bit more seating in the living room but we made it work and enjoyed the visit. The landscaping is in process and will be nice when the grass comes up. Great fire pit (we didn’t use it) in a great settings. We would rent this home again. "

"The house was very clean and well stocked. We finally found a house with plenty of towels and washcloths! We didn't cook anything in the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything that one would need. The shower was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Kellie was quick to answer our question. It was the perfect place for a sisters' weekend."

"Traveling to Frankfort to get married, we needed a space big enough to host both of our immediate families and this was perfect for four couples! The front porch had enough space for everyone to be able to enjoy the view and cool breeze with furniture for everyone. The living room was perfect as everyone was getting up the following g morning as it was a little to chilly to sit on the porch. "
