"The staff was very nice and helpful!! Went beyond the call! Car battery wa scaring up and was in a pinch for a jump start and the parking lot security guard was our hero!! Outstanding service, would stay again"

"In a nice small town but convenient area! They were working on some areas of the hotel so strange men who looked at us crazy were always down the hall but luckily my husband was with me. Overall the hotel is 10/10! "

"The rooms are very nice! If you're looking for comfort and updated spaces, this is the place. Sits on the corner of an busy street. And the main parking option is to do valet parking for an additional fee. Important to note. But staff was extremely nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others."

"Staff was amazing!!! 1st night everything was perfect. 2nd night i think everyone on our floor was having a party or fighting or kids screaming. Called up.front he was quick to attempt to fix it. I went down to ask him again bc they all got loud again. He went up to the room, and spoke with the one group. They kept going all night. So not alot of rest. But not on the hotel or staff. "Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee...

"We chose the Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown because it advertised as walking distance to the American Airlines Center. It was PERFECT to be able to walk to the Center and back after a game. The room was quite large and the kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast was pretty good. Saturday's breakfast was GREAT with Tammy taking orders for customized waffles! We were bummed that the pool was closed, but all in all - a great hotel to stay at!"
