"Nice quiet place. Nice new deck. Good location. Helpful owners. The only downside was the hot tub water was not clean on arrival. Did not use. Recommend to owner to instruct renters to add cleaning solution upon arrival if that’s what is required for it to be usable. Otherwise, a nice place to stay."

"Had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend at the Riverview cabin. Fantastic location - access to the river itself is easy. The cabin itself is rustic but has everything you need. We loved it. The quiet was much needed. Glenn Manor is a great vineyard and a quick trip. We hope to come back again. "

"The perfect mountain home for a relaxing getaway! The proximity to the Front Royal Entrance to the Shenandoah National Park and the town was a plus! We saw deer (with a baby), rabbits, and tons of beautiful birds on the property.The house is nicely updated with all the amenities one could want. They have thought of everything!I would highly recommend this mountain home for a relaxing and adventurous family getaway!"

"The PERFECT stay! We came for the Upperville horse show and you cannot beat the location of this charming cottage. Close proximity to dining, grocery stores, wineries, horse show, and on a quiet street. William was an excellent host with attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and quick and responsive to any questions. "

"We had a great time at the Olive Branch! The room was well outfitted, tastefully decorated with lots of flourishes and a very comfortable bed. It took a few minutes to figure out how to lock the door when we left, but we got it. Oddly the shower had a cloth shower curtain, but no liner. We were able to use it anyway, but either made a soggy bottom if it was inside the shower, or a wet floor if we left it out. "This is a great cabin on the river! Very clean and excellently stocked. It had everything we needed! Let friendly. Our dogs loved the pet enclosure and it was great having it right off the deck. The owner checked on us after a storm to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be returning!"

"This cottage was magical! The trails and wildlife on the property as well as the beautiful outdoor patio and fire pit to watch the sunset were so amazing! "Glenn, the host was truly the best. Accommodating in every way. The house was clean, spacious and located on a manicured lot. The view was awesome. Right on the river. We ate every meal on the outside covered deck. Every aspect of our stay was awesome. Our only regret was we had to leave. I can't say enough good things about this awesome property and host. "
