"Love the staff but your water pressure sucks. Using an energy saving shower head DOES NOT save money! The shower in the room I had was a mere trickle and I left each day feeling soapy which made me itch!! So for that I give my overall rating as ☹️😡"

"This hotel is under construction right now, so things were messy, dusty and loud. I was checked into a room that had not been cleaned. I then had an AC unit that was very loud on and off all night. It was not a great stay but normally really like La Quinta."

"Parking was difficult and crowded. I stayed in for dinner rather than go out and potentially lose a parking place. Some folks appeared kind of sketchy. Does this place house the homeless or something? If so, good for them I guess. Although the location is conveniently close to the freeway, it's also REALLY close to the freeway. The staff was nice and the room was fine. All fine except for the general location of the building. I'd choose a quieter location next time. Also, I have a dog and there...

"ALL the staff are very professional and kind, especially the lady who works in the breakfast area in the morning. The property is very clean and in great condition, and is very well managed. Great breakfast. Thank you very much for making us feel at home during our one night stay."

"Everything was great. But if you plan to use the shuttle from the airport call before you book to find out what hours the shuttle is in service. Our plane was delayed and when we called the number on the website after landing we initially reached the call center and were told there was no shuttle service even though the website says the hotel provides airport shuttle service, I was transferred to the hotel and at first was told the shuttle was not available then they said they would pick us up...

"Lounge and restaurant/breakfast area are next to each other and had lots of minors (kids) running around through all areas creating a less than relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were nice though."
