"Owner was super friendly and responsive to communications. Great view of the Little Salmon River from the kitchen and living room. Home was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and felt new and modern. Spent a very cozy New Year here. Highly recommend. "

"We booked this property last minute after our original plans fell through due to wildfires. We could not have been happier, and are so thankful that we did! This property is everything we love, private, remote, has all the amenities as far as a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved hiking in the nearby Nez Perce national wilderness, and on the property itself! My husband enjoyed trout fishing in the beautiful river running through the property. "In all honesty, it felt like we were staying at Grandmas house! It’s not a shiny new top of line place. The pictures are accurate so we knew what to expect. It was clean and well maintained and the view was pretty. Our only disappointment was that the owner said Verizon worked there and it did not work at all. Otherwise it was a great stay"

"We stayed a few nights, and it had everything we needed to enjoy a good stay. Our 7 year old son loved sleeping in the loft. We cooked our meals here every night, and enjoyed the view from the back porch. Will definitely try here during fishing season next time."

"This house is comfy cozy, it was like being at home. Located just outside of the main part of Riggins, it was easy to pop down to the grocery store or go to dinner. The house is very clean and has all the essentials you need in the kitchen, etc. This is on our list for our next fishing trip!"

"Didn’t spend much time at the house, just to sleep and shower. Place was very clean. Nothing fancy except for the video arcade machine and foosball game. Big couch and chairs if you had a bigger crowd. We visit Grangeville often and nice change from Hotel and definitely cheaper in off season. Returning this weekend and will book if available. Only “negative “ - simple including pillows and beds. So bring your own pillow but I’m picky. "

"This cabin was great! We really enjoyed our stay and the space was well stocked with all necessities and quite a few extras too! Kitchen was great, and made cooking meals at home very easy. The only 2 things we would have changed would be curtains or blinds in the bedrooms, and doors for the bedrooms. Each bedroom is at the bottom or top of a stair case, so neither have doors for privacy. Also, if you have kids, the dining table is on carpet, with tall chairs, so plan to eat out on the patio, or...
