"When my stay ended Globalstay asked me to review the condo I stayed in. I reported that the showerhead in the ensuite bathroom was defective and needed to be replaced. The company then charged me $100 to replace the showerhead saying that I had torn it apart. I did not damage this showerhead or any part of the condo and I believe, based on other reviews I have now looked at, that booking this unit was a mistake."

"We were offered an upgrade to help better fit our group. Responses were very quick and helpful. View and location were choice. Just be mindful of how to check in and out for the smoothest possible experience! :)"

"Aside from the parking, lockbox and figuring out how to get the keys - being the second time staying with Globalstay was easier to navigate - it’s an incredible place! Close to everything at Yonge & Eglinton which makes a night out and place to stay so great! Communication with their office was great and they were super helpful! Definitely a place we’ll be using again!"

"The property was well situated near subways and also in an area that felt safe, even at night. You’re close to a few supermarkets like Whole foods and Drug-mart which makes food shopping more convenient.
However since day one of arriving at the property, it was dirty. There was hair everywhere which only accumulated as we stayed. My siblings and I found ourselves cleaning the place a day in of staying at the property. Many of the sockets around the place weren’t working or hard to use with an...
