Evenings unfold by the glow of a wood-burning fireplace, while the inviting hot tub offers a warm retreat under Whistler’s cold January sky. With room to gather, unwind, and reconnect after days on the slopes, the home offers a comfortable base for a seasonal escape.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, each offering privacy and comfort after time outdoors. Two primary suites feature king beds, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, double vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. A third bedroom includes a king-split bed, a chaise lounge, and a full ensuite. The fourth bedroom, located on the main level, has a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room adds convenience, while a fifth bathroom on the lower level includes a steam room ideal for post-ski relaxation.
Living spaces
The main living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace, creating a welcoming gathering place on cold winter evenings. A separate family room with TV offers a quiet corner for movie nights, while the media room with a pool table sits close to the outdoor hot tub area. Control4 home automation allows effortless adjustment of lighting and entertainment throughout the home.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides everything you need for shared meals after a day on the mountain. A full kitchen and dining table that seats ten offer space to enjoy long winter dinners together, while a breakfast bar accommodates casual mornings and relaxed après-ski conversations.
Outdoor living
Winter transforms the patios and decks into a peaceful alpine backdrop. Step outside to breathe in the crisp mountain air, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, or unwind in the private hot tub as snow settles quietly around you. Outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a private entrance complete the setting.
Ski access and neighborhood
Seasonal ski access typically runs from late December through March. Ski-out access begins with a short walk to an intermediate trail, while ski-in routes connect via Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails with a brief walk back to the home. Beginners can reach the private Kadenwood gondola with a short walk, offering quick access to Creekside Village and the Creekside Gondola.
Amenities
The home includes a free parking garage on premises, in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, a dedicated workspace with a desk, heating, portable fans, indoor fireplace, and home safety essentials. Guests will find bedroom and bathroom essentials, a safe, clothing storage, and a smart lock for self check-in. The property is pet-friendly and allows long-term stays of 28 days or more.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
