The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the evergreens, and the crisp mountain air follows you to the door before giving way to the warmth of the indoor fireplace. Mornings begin with soft winter light through picture windows, and evenings wind down in the private hot tub beneath the trees. This is a place made for ski days, calm nights, and the rhythm of winter in Whistler.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings, cedar accents, and stone details shape a welcoming setting after time on the slopes. Large windows frame mountain views, and the gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace adds steady warmth throughout the day. Settle into the seating area for a relaxed movie night or make use of the dedicated workspace with a desk and mini fridge when you need a quiet spot to focus.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen features Sub-zero and Miele appliances, ample counter space, and the essentials needed for preparing meals. A breakfast bar seats three, and the dining table seats eight, giving everyone space to gather comfortably after a day outside.



Sleeping arrangements

With 2,600 sq ft, the home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms plus a den. The upper level includes the primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and private balcony, along with a den featuring a twin bunk bed. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed, another provides two bunk beds with a TV, and the fourth includes a king-split bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. Additional bathrooms offer a deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanities.



Outdoor living

Winter forest views surround the balcony and lower deck, where you can enjoy the private hot tub and outdoor seating. A BBQ grill offers another way to end the day in the fresh alpine air.



Convenience and amenities

You will have Wi-Fi, heating, portable fans, and a smart lock for self check-in. A washer and dryer are provided in unit, along with essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper. Clothing storage, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and a safe add to the ease of longer stays. The single-car garage includes free parking, an industrial boot dryer, and gear storage, with additional driveway parking available. A TV and indoor fireplace support relaxed evenings indoors.



Ski access

Located in Taluswood, the property offers ski access from late December through March for intermediate skiers via the Dave Murray trail leading to the Creekside Gondola. This seasonal connection brings you directly into Whistler’s winter terrain without needing to drive.



Neighborhood

Set high above Whistler Creekside, the home is within reach of nearby shops, restaurants, gondola access, and local trail networks. After a day exploring the mountains, return to a peaceful alpine setting designed for quiet mornings, active days, and fireside evenings.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

• There are no busses that service the Taluswood neighborhood



Other Things to Note:

• Quiet hours. Strictly enforced community bylaws state that 'Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM' therefore spa use is restricted to outside these hours

• The Heights is a non-smoking complex. Smoking or vaping anywhere within the home or outside is not permitted and may result in a $500 fine

• Not pet-friendly. This home has a strict no-pets policy and can result in a $500 fine

• No parties. Event celebrations or parties are allowed on this property

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms

• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.

Amazing ski vacation

This property has it all - completely renovated, modern appliances and furnishings, beautiful views, warm fireplace, cozy hot tub, Ski in/out access, and a very responsive host company. First Class Accomodations

This property was awesome. Lots of space, nice open floor plan, great view of the slopes and a short walk down the street to grab a trail to Dave Murray downhill (not too technical for intermediate skiers from drop-in). There heated garage was away with the ski rack and glove / boot rack. Easy and warm to dress and undress from the slopes. Management was very attentive to our needs with multiple check-ins to see that our stay was satisfactory.

Super clean house with nice amenities. Could ski to slopes (walk up a pretty steep hill) but doable. Or an easy drive to park at Creekside. Will stay here again!

Our rental located in the Nordic Estates was spot on. The house comfortably housed 6 adults. The location is easily accessible to the Village and a short drive to Squamish. We used the house as a base for a MTB trip and having the garage to build bikes was an added plus. I plan on staying in this rental again next year.

The house is beautiful and well designed. It overlooks the run where the Olympic downhill races ended as well as several snow capped mountains. The property manager was outstanding. Our only issue was that there is no ac. The highs were in the mid 90s during our visit and while the shade from the trees helped it was unpleasant during the late afternoon.

Family Vacation

The property was ideal for our family vacation! The kids’ bunk bed room was perfect for our younger kids. Our teenage son stayed in the den bunk bed… which worked great! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were incredibly quiet / well insulated. The kitchen was well stocked and we spent a lot of time on the deck which had a nice private view. Property mgmt company was very responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!!
