"The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up."

"The room smelled musty, the shower barely sprayed with a broken handle and the hall smelled heavily of Marijuana. The breakfast was basic but eatable. Thats why we rated it ok."

"Very basic and very dated. Rooms were clean. Booked a room for four with two queens. Only proved two towels and both days. Minor inconvenience asking. No toiletries required another walk to the front desk as the room did not have an operating phone. Walls are thin and you do hear running quite a bit. The property is close and convenient to a large soccer/lacrosse complex. Lots of activity from groups (noise, out of breakfast items, ice, etc. ). In the end, would not stay again. Not worth saving...

"The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. "My family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights & it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The staff was helpful & super friendly! Breakfast was great. The kids loved the pool. I realized on the way there I had forgotten our shampoo, conditioner, & body wash and was pleasantly surprised to see full sized bottles provided in the shower. "Online photos must have been upgraded by AI because this property did not look at all like the pictures on Expedia or on their website. Property was dirty and not maintained. Hallway to room was covered in food crumbs. Garbage was overflowing. Could not decipher the smell. Cigarettes, weed and filth? Room was dirty. Had two refrigerators and neither seemed to work. Microwave had never been cleaned. Didn’t dare try the breakfast. Didn’t even go back to the lobby to turn in keys...

"My biggest concerns about this hotel are related to security and safety. There was no smoke detector in our room or in my parents’ room. The outside door closest to our room did not lock. I understand this is an older hotel, but there was a strange smell in the hotel. I probably will not stay at this hotel again."

"Last minute stop; price was ok as we just slept and got up and left. Nighttime desk attendant very nice and helpful at 10:00pm. Room was a room, no usb plugs or anything but bed decent and room livable. AC was cold."
