"This was the perfect place to get away for a couple of days. The cabin is right on the lake and the lake itself was clear and beautiful. There was a large dock that we took advantage of our entire stay. We went back to our childhood of jumping off the dock and swimming to our hearts content. "We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It's secluded and you will likely not have cell service when you get there - so it may be helpful to screenshot some instructions and directions before you get there! It's very safe and secure, and there are acres upon acres for you to enjoy and explore. I can't wait to come back and spend some more time here very soon! "

"My travel partner has never stayed in a Vrbo so this was my surprise for him. There are specifically two reasons I chose this place: 1) When I read why it was decorated in a rustic theme, I knew it was perfect bc my friend loved cowboys and Indians when he was a little boy. 2) No driving for two days! "It is a very nice place to stay the property managers were very nice and helpful when we had any questions or concerns with quick replys. The inside of the cabin was very cozy and the outside was very nice with a beautiful fire pit. "

"The place was perfect very clean the owner was fast on replys. The house had eveything like hair dryer, shower soaps. Ironing board, toaster, paper towels, security lighting outside, snacks, there was literally everything u might forget to bring they even included local places to eat. Beds were clean n comfy. We went for trade days at fairgrounds but was too cold so we didnt stay so spent the weekend just relaxing n enjoying the quiet time. My grandkids loved the firepit makin smores. Only...

"Immaculate and cozy, the host Anthony helpful, congenial and dependable, I love this place; it has become an annual stay. Beds are very comfy, kitchen is well provisioned for cooking or hosting. Lovely inside and outside, I highly recommend The Kitchie Kottage."

"My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here the night before her wedding and the house was perfect! So clean, nicely furnished, and a beautiful space for them to gather. When the host found out they would be getting ready for a wedding they brought in some extra mirrors for them to use, which was a nice extra touch. "

"We had a great stay. Host was very responsive to questions and fixed the living room TV ASAP. The cabin and lake were amazing. Our son had a great time swimming and they had life jackets for use. We enjoyed our quite weekend. "
