Hotel very well located within the centre of Bristol but in a fairly quiet small pedestrian street.
Quite a maze to get to your room depending on which you get. The room and bathroom is clean and a good standard 4 star hotel experience. Bed could be bigger as they’re only UK king.
Breakfast is not good, the buffet and sitting area is too small for the number of rooms and the hot options are not good either. Scrambled eggs were rubber like, and the rest isn’t great either. I would skip breakfast and get it somewhere locally instead.

For the price paid the room was pokey and tatty. The bathroom was tiny and the sealant around the shower tray was grim.
TV didn’t work initially and had to be retuned.
Overall not a great experience for the price charged. We won’t be returning.

9,4/10 Magnífic! (1.004 opinions)
The rooms were amazing with all different themes. Also the staff really helpful.
The air conditioning was not too good for heating the room, which needed a good overhaul clean , but a plug in radiator was excellent at heating up quickly.
