The Breakers is a modern 2 bedroom plus open study plus sleepout, 3 bathroom Whangapoua holiday home. With an absolute beachfront location, featuring stunning vistas, this contemporary executive home has everything you need for a relaxed and carefree holiday.

This Whangapoua holiday home is an award winning property, architecturally designed and built to the highest standards - leaving you to relax in luxury and style!

The open plan layout of The Breakers, creates an easy flow from one room to the next, inviting you to indulge! The high stud ceilings and indoor-outdoor living create the ultimate sanctuary, and are the perfect accompaniment to the serene, laid back beach atmosphere! A stunning location for your next corporate retreat or family gathering.

The Breakers sleeps up to 8 guests. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a super king bed and bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen. There is also a separate open study fitted with a double foldout sofa, which is accessed via bedroom 1. Across the courtyard, a sleepout is fitted with two single beds.

Each bedroom includes an ensuite, providing space and convenience.

SKY smart television, internet and a smart speaker and sound system cater for any indoor days - lay back after a day amongst the sand and surf and enjoy a movie with your group.

For those staying 3 nights or more, a gift basket, filled with local yummy goodies as well as Champagne, valued at $150, will be provided!

Do not use neighbours private carparks. Use internal garage or public road only. Driveway is long and narrow, adequate turning room at the end. Limited parking for 2 cars plus a boat.Up to 4 hours cleaning are included in the rates for this property. Please be aware the sleepout at this property is accessed externally.As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Great location, great house, badly managed and not maintained with care

The house has a fantastic location and impressive architecture. Unfortunately the communication between bachcare, house manager and cleaning is inacceptable for such a property. Although a meet and greet was announced, we had to pick the keys on the lock-box and arrange ourselves. A deep cleaning in the kitchen after a few years might as well be necessary.
