When we got to the house it wasn’t the cleanest, it whole house smelt bad, one of the downstairs bedrooms smelt like someone had pissed in the corner & the rubbish & recycling bins had not been emptied. Loved the wrap around deck with ranchsliders wrapping back for plenty of indoor outdoor flow. Plenty of sofas, roomy kitchen. Bathrooms and toilets clean. Nice sitting areas. We heard the ocean clearly.
