"We were completely blown away by the Woodroyd Estate! The winding road to the house transported us to another world. The house is spacious and wonderful to explore. Likewise, the grounds were very entertaining to saunter around. It will definitely be the most memorable home we stayed at during our three week vacation. "

"This is our second visit to the house and it was as stunning as the first. Thank you again for letting us spend time there. We absolutely love that coast and can't wait to come back and visit again. "The bach was in excellent condition, incredibly clean, and had everything you could need. Andy and Lea thought of the smallest details to ensure we had everything we needed. Lake Ferry is a stunning little town, gorgeous sunset and great fish and chips at the Lake Ferry Hotel. Right on the doorstep of Cape Palliser and even more stunning scenery. Would highly recommend this region and this bach to stay in. Definitely visit the Land Girl café just 10 mins up the road for an excellent coffee. "

"Great place to stay. Nestled between wineries and close to town. Was nice and tidy and we were able to bring our dog. Added bonus was the separate games room."

"Don't be discouraged by the outside appearance of this gem of a place. As soon as you enter you are presented with a spacious, verging on opulent living space. Everything was as listed. Beautifully maintained and clean, we had a cosy couple of nights during some petty awful weather. Underfloor heating, comfortable beds, efficient heating was just what we needed.Only minute criticism was no coffee plunger but everything else was great. I have never seen so many towels in one cupboard and the...

"Great spot and house layout made it perfect for us, two bedrooms had common spaces between so we’re able to share but also have own space. Nice deck to hang out on and great to have two AC units as we lucked in with really hot days and nights during our stay. "
