"What a lovely property! The owners are on site and so friendly! This location is just a short walk from the bus stop and in a gorgeous area. Highly recommend Le Chalet for a relaxing and beautiful getaway!"

"This has been one of our best stays in new zealand so far .
The owner was very friendly, took us to our room and explained everything to us , unlike some places give you a key and you find your way .
The views were beautiful.
Would stay again and definitely recommend 😀

"My stay was so tranquil here, with such beautiful views, I did not want to leave! Lorenza also provided the best tasting grapes, eggs, and cookies—so appreciated!

"Had a great couple of nights. Excellent wheelchair access, amazing sea view, friendly chickens, delicious free apples. Perfect spot if you're heading to Miranda to view shore birds."

"Yes cabin tidy & clean , friendly hosts. Had trouble finding the site but 2 neighbours helped. Needs signage. Track in was rough, overgrown foliage scratched my vehicle. 3 roosters were annoying. (cant wear earplugs all day)
Needs a larger fridge. Inadequate for 4 guests. Small Bbq requires firelighters and lighter not available (not a gas powered Bbq) However it was therupedic & a change of pace there."
