"Loved Sally’s place! Absolutely gorgeous property and very comfortable. About 30 minutes from Shenandoah. I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. I enjoyed eating one of the provided chocolates after a long day of hiking. :) This getaway was just what I needed!"

"The cottage was so cute, very roomy and the view was spectacular. The location was perfect for us to get to all of our planned activities including driving Skyline Drive and visiting Monticello and Highlands. We could not have asked for a better stay and host! "

"The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay...
