Wet‘n’Wild Las Vegas

The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

The restaurants were way too costly for the absolute horrible service. Food was good at the restaurants, but the waiters, waitresses were not accommodating, even pool servers were not that attentive. The wait times for the restaurants were horribly long even when we had reservations. We as for room service and didn't get it always when asked, we had to ask for towels many times to the room. No complimentary water was given. On top of that we were not given out $30 food and beverage comp that was supposed to be given because of our platinum VIP membership with expedia. Not very great accommodations around the board unfortunately.

It’s a shame how bad it has changed, it used to be THE bellagio and not anymore, poor cleaning, poor maintenance, bad smell, I requested for a coffee maker and was told only suites will have it so I told them I’ll pay for extra and said NO, not staying there again.
