"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We paid for the mountain view, and it was stunning! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was freezing, but our 10-year-old was still able to enjoy it. We spent our time in the hot tub! It was in a quiet area of town, but within 20 minutes of the airport and all the attractions we wanted to visit (including Garden of the Gods, Cog Railway, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo). We would definitely stay here...

"The propierty is dirty. The rooms are terrible the owner came inside my room while i was sleeping i didnt hearhim knock he just came in then he putp us in another rooms and someone had a key to the room and came in at 3am scared me terribly
Apparently he had rented it to someone earlier and they had a key..i would never stay there again "

"So this is a tough review because I did not do my homework and didn’t realize where I was going. These are homes and maybe an old church converted to hotel rooms with the idea of being used for retreats, such as a marriage retreat. So pros: spectacular, hiking, extremely pleasant staff, very clean and a five star breakfast! Cons: this is not a hotel, so there are not amenities in the road, such as refrigerators or televisions. Overall, totally worth it! The castle is spectacular. "

"Parking was easy. Room was outdated. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Hotel has thin walls and windows and was very noisy. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Elevator was broken requiring us to carry all our luggage up stairs. Shower door was broken. Should’ve stayed at Chamonix for an additional $50/night. Will not stay here again."

"We have been back and forth for several weeks due to a death in the family. We stayed at the Fairfield Marriott the week before and this hotel was cleaner and had a 10x better breakfast, and cost less. The staff goes above and beyond to help. this is the only place I will stay in this town"

"The staff tried hard to fix our situation
We booked our final hotel stay after 10 days of traveling close to the Colorado Springs airport and checked in about 7 o’clock. The room had never been cleaned beds needed to be made dirty towels on the floor, etc. the very, very sweet front desk girl attempted to set up another room, but she only had one left a queen bed so they brought a rollaway and another rollaway mattress both in terrible condition attempted to gather as many extra linens as...

"Very clean room. Bed was slightly hard but manageable. Food was good and breakfast was warm every morning. Staff response was really slow. The biggest issue was that we stayed four nights and had to use the same towel and washcloth. While I am aware that I could of went to the desk to ask for more, I think they should have offered us more upon check in realizing there were two of us and we were staying four nights. The best thing was the comfortable pillows...like sleeping on a cloud

"Property is contactless check in with no one onsite, however saw the housekeeper daily and she was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the location can’t be beat! Free parking within Manitou and walking distance to every thing. Loved that I could hear the babbling creek behind the motel. Made for great sleeping. Great base motel for all the activities the area has to offer! "

"Had a great time. Staff is very nice and the room was nice and clean. Drinks at the bar are great and affordable. Using the grill was easy, all you have to do is check out untesils at the front desk. Only complaint is the late 4pm check-in. They'll let you check-in early for a $25 fee which is pretty lame."
