"This is such a great spot for a weekend stay in Burlington! It is so close to Church St with many shops and bars to stop in along the way. The apartment itself was so clean and had everything we needed! The parking was really easy which was a plus, and the bed was so comfortable!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!! "

"Very peaceful and tranquil property. Minutes from whiteface mountain and you get to take in all the snowy views. We were lucky enough to have a snowstorm the night we stayed and it was a winter wonderland. The amenities were great and Steve was very responsive. "

"We considered spending more on a bigger place but were encouraged by the reviews. We were two couples and it was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy and the AC as cold as we needed it, a must for the hot nights. Parking convenient. Apartment clean. Pretty quiet at night aside from a few cars revving their engines. Would definitely recommend if you're planning to be out and about during your stay. "

"We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area."

"Check in was the simplest I've ever encountered using any platform. The house was ready for us at arrival, well stocked with the necessities and comfortable. Even for a hot July weekend, the cabin stayed cool. Bathrooms were great, and having more than one shower was an added bonus for a group of 5. We used the firepit every night, and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen without any issues. It's a quiet neighborhood but only 15 minutes away from endless activities.
