Stunning waterviews with direct access to Westport River!
Welcome to Westport Cottage! The location of this property speaks for itself. This coastal oasis with idyllic waterviews and direct access to the Westport River was completely renovated in 2022 down to the studs with an open floor plan, central air, gleaming hardwood floors, new windows, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, washer and dryer, finished basement, outdoor shower, and a massive back deck which boasts attractive outdoor furniture and gas grill. Driveway parking for four cars. Samsung smart TVs to stream your favorite shows and movies, WiFi, and linens/bath towels included.
Enjoy a cup of coffee sitting in an Adirondack chair while watching the sunrise over the Westport River or a glass of wine on the outdoor sectional in the evening while watching boats go by. Enjoy using the fully equipped kitchen with seating for five at the large quartz island. The dining area's expandable table can comfortably seat eight. The family room features a 75” Samsung Smart TV and queen sleeper sectional with pillow-top mattress. The open floorplan kitchen/dining/family room allows for unobstructed views of the Westport River from the 16ft slider.
The home has three bedrooms with queen beds and an additional bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle. All bedrooms are well-appointed with dressers, bureaus, closets, and smart TVs. The master bedroom features a slider with water views and direct access to the deck. The master ensuite bathroom has a gorgeous custom glass-enclosed shower with tile walls and floor.
The main bath is equipped with a tile shower/tub combo, dual sink vanity, laundry room which includes washer/dryer, iron, and vacuum, and a linen closet. The third bathroom is located in the finished basement along with a second family room with full sleeper sectional, smart TV, shuffleboard, and wet bar. There is plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy all the comforts of home.
With our location being 2 miles from Horseneck Beach and within 5 miles of Westport River Winery, Buzzards Bay Brewery, many area restaurants, hiking trails, and canoe/kayak rentals on the Westport River, we are the perfect place to wind down and relax after a day of fun in the sun. The backyard is the perfect setting for a game of frisbee or cornhole or just relaxing on the deck and taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Westport River.

Amazing sunrises!
Beautiful home in a quiet area! Amazing sunrises, and river views! The Decor is lovely and kitchen has everything you would need. Stephanie gave us all the info of the area and recommendations for restaurants near by. Many we did visit and were very enjoyable. With the few days of rain we weren’t able to take advantage of the beautiful deck everyday. With nice weather it is a great space!

Beautiful home in the perfect location!
The Westport River Cottage is in the perfect location with spectacular river views and close to everything we wanted to see and do. We loved sitting on the back deck watching the ospreys and boats on the river. Stephanie and Doug’s home is immaculate, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The cottage exceeded our expectations…we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return.

The house is perfect location is good
The only downfall is the house is situated on a lake and there is no available equipment such as a kayak or paddle board to enable you to enjoy the water and coming from UK we were unable to bring our own
