Many small things added to a less than ideal stay: Clerk carried on extended phone call while also checking us in. Room had plastic waste by sink when we arrived. Breakfast areas was not kept clean. Parking lot needed sand spread on the numerous ice patches.

This was a great relaxing weekend. The staff was great. I loved the text messages from management ensuring our stay was great. They really care and it shows. The hot tub was great and needed. Spacious Lakefront Cabin Sleeps up to 14.
Mike is an exceptional host — very responsive and accommodating. He even helped us when our van got stuck in the snow, which we truly appreciated. The home is spotless, well maintained, and perfect for our large ski group. All the kids and adults had a wonderful time, and we would gladly stay here ...
