"We had a great stay at this house. It was clean and well furnished. It sits in the middle of a wooden canyon. The kids had a lot of fun playing outside. There is a playground, a small soccer field and a basketball hoop. It was also fun to explore the property and the creek area. The house had everything we needed. Nice play area for kids, comfortable beds. We just had to get organized as there is only one bathroom. Easy access to all commodities. "

"Perfect for our needs and has everything you need and then some. It was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion and our 1 1/2 year old grandson was in heaven with all the extra toys and dress up available. Very spacious accommodations and easy to access basement. Host is very responsive and answered all questions. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town. Thanks! "

"The house is big and has plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options. Having a 2nd kitchen and fridge is great for large groups. There are a lot of steps to get down to the water - but that is common with all the houses on this lake. We loved the new double-decker dock that fit our pontoon and the slide and jumping platform were a hit with the kids. The view down to the lake is great and the location is good - close to the jumping bridge and a couple of marinas. You also have grocery stores and a...

"This place had everything we needed. Kids loved every minute of the Fun Room and Bunkroom, and the large garage with tables and chairs made big family dinners perfect. Highchairs to pack 'n plays were provided! Highly recommend for big families looking to spend time together"

"Absolutely a lovely property with everything you could want or need during a stay away!! Julie is a fabulous host. The property is quiet and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to anywhere in the Smithfield/Logan area. Pet friendly since I was staying with my show dog for the dog show in Logan. I would very much return should my vacation/stay needs take me back to the Logan area! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Thanks!!"

"We had a fantastic time staying at this house! We have a really big family and we are all able to stay comfortably at the house. It's in a great neighborhood, plenty of great amenities and entertainment, and in an area where there's lots to do winter or summer. We will definitely be looking to stay at this property again."

"Seriously, we couldn't have had a better home to stay in this weekend. There were 7 adults (my husband and I, 3 of our children plus 2 of them are married as well). There was plenty of space to hang out, to lounge on the comfy couches. We have 2 chefs in the family, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big meals. Comfy beds, 2 full bathrooms, ... Perfect. Oh, and the grocery store is a 5 minute walk from the house, great for that ice cream we didn't get on the first run! Thanks...

"Overall good. Lots of space to move around. Kitchen supplies were adequate but an odd mixture of different plates, cups, and utensils. It was quiet. We never used the pool which was unusual for us. Parking was close, but no shade in the parking areas. You can use the dunes buggy to get to the beach, but we were successful at finding parking at the Dunes House each day for beach access...but you need to get there early."

"The host was very accommodating and nice. It was perfect for us to have a little get together for our friend’s birthday. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The next day we went to Maple Grove hot springs which ended up not being terribly far away and a really nice drive."
