"We have stayed at this hotel many times and feel that it is the best in Lincoln, NE! It is attractive and clean. The desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is ample and delicious! It’s conveniently located by restaurants and shopping. It’s a 10 out of ten!!!!"

"First and foremost, our room is always clean. We have stayed there on several separate occasions. The breakfast is very good. The staff is attentive and helpful. They helped us with a reservation change. There are plenty of parking spaces and the spaces are not cramped. There's a large convenience store and great restaurant across the street. The hotel is located close to the interstate. But, not so close as to hear the highway traffic. We will stay there again."

"The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bathroom layout was well thought out. The water pressure was slightly on the weak side but hot water wasn’t a problem. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast is fairly basic but good. I definitely felt comfortable and would stay here again."

"Don’t stay here! The property was dirty & trashy. It felt unsafe too. We got up at 3:30 AM & decided to LEAVE. There was a commotion in the parking lot that made us feel unsafe. We won’t ever stay at an AmericInn again!"

"Overall stay was good. I was to stay 2 nights but cancelled the second night earlier in the week so was to stay one night. We got there and the guy I talked to to cancel my second night cancelled the whole reservation, but Mike at the desk helped out and got us a room! Breakfast was great!"
