"I loved my stay at this townhouse. It was VERY clean and decorated so cute. Towels supplied. The queen bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything that could be imagined. Walk right to the beautiful beach. So convenient! The beach isn’t crowded at all and that makes it even more relaxing. The townhouse even has a garage and easy parking. I am so glad I stayed here for my 60th birthday. It made it so special, I hope to come back again soon. I loved it! "

"Gorgeous view, very nicely furnished, dolphins swam right in front of us daily between 9 and 10 am, direct access to a relatively quiet beach (though we headed to Zuma most of the time because it was better for our teens to body board) ... at high tide sitting on the balcony is like being out on a boat (without the swaying), super relaxing"

"It was the most amazing location Everything was thought through and had just about everything needed for a weekend stay. Amazed at everything kitchen had. The projector was amazing Only issue could not see much during the day due to bright light. Would definitely go back Breathtaking viiew"

"SUch a beautiful view greet you as you walk in - all you see and hear is ocean. Very comfortable - you have many places to sit and relax. Lots of room and a great kitchen area. It's easy to be relaxed when all you hear is the ocean. I loved that the bedroom as AC, because it got a little hot in the summer but it was very comfortable to sleep. The hosts answered any questions and requests quickly, which was appreciated."

"Great spot - awesome amenities, perfect for hosting a group of friends. Host very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone hosting a group of people. I liked the shakers, bottle openers, the games, and the folding tables. All were great!"

"Our stay at this beautiful condo was wonderful. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it was the perfect spot to enjoy beach days and evening strolls. The neighborhood was cozy and peaceful, making it easy to relax and feel right at home."

"Spectacular views. Easy beach access. The property was clean and as described. There was assistance on-site if anything was needed. Walking distance to the Malibu pier and restaurants. I would stay there again. "

"I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...

"The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options."
