"The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. "

"Loved the view of the river and dunes outside the kitchen window. Perfect layout in my opinion and a quick walk to downtown Florence. You can even get to go through Exploding Whale Memorial Park. Right off of the backyard."

"Beautiful clean, new looking unit that had everything we need and the location was the best thing for being walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants and shops. Only stayed one night passing through but sure wished we could have stayed longer. "

"It was warm when we walked in, that’s always a plus! Although it was pretty wet because my glasses steamed up. You should definitely have a dehumidifier running full-time in the living room as well as the bedroom this time of year. We got hail and intermittent heavy rains all weekend! Both propane heaters got it really hot and quick making it very comfortable after a long day elk hunting in the freezing rain. The property manager got back with me very fast because I thought there was a missing...

"Nice place close to beach- didn’t have a pet with us but you can tell it’s pet friendly, some built up pet hair in the hard to reach places. Didn’t bother us but wouldn’t book it if you have allergies etc. great kitchen for making meals there and good spaces for lounging and hanging out"
