"At first we thought it was fairly clean but when I went to make breakfast I found a frying pan in the cupboard with rice and grease still on it. There is no salt or pepper or anything to make cooking a little easier while traveling. We had two big towels for 5 people. The master bedroom is on the main road and the sound of traffic is quite loud. It was expensive for what it is."

"The room was ok but the bathroom was pretty bad and should be gutted. Too much mold and staining around the shower. Ok price and I appreciate that it was pet friendly."

"The guy at the front desk was very hardworking and friendly. However, the bathroom was not very clean, especially the toilet. The noise isolation across different floors were not done very well. Luckily there was no late night partier during our stay."

"Rooms were very dated and loud. Lots of noise coming from other rooms. You could hear every step from room above. Location is convenient for catching early ferry. Beds were comfortable."

"The gentleman who checked me in went over and above to change my room to a ground floor room as I couldn't manage the stairs after surgery. I was able to park outside my room which was helpful as I needed to leave by 4am to catch my 5am ferry."

"The location is excellent, and the suite size was adequate for our stay. The receptionist wasn't rude, but I didn't find the welcome to be particularly warm or friendly. There was also no body wash provided in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. That said, considering the price we paid, it was still good value for the money. Overall, we had a decent stay, and for a budget-friendly option in a great location,"

"They take photographs of peoples identification and scan it into their computer system. When I asked why did that without my consent they could not give me an answer or as to why they do it. It is a clear Breach of Prvacy Laws and they have been reported to the appropriate authorities. What they are doing is completely against the law."
