"The front desk staff were in a terrible mood. When I checked in, the person was completely expressionless, and at check-out, the person had a really bad attitude. I asked about what it says on the key card holder regarding members being eligible for a short late check-out. They bluntly told me, with a sour face, 'not on weekends.'

"My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast.
Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . The hotel was just what we needed for our couple of week's stay while waiting for our house to be finished . Despite the hotel being off of I-75, it was very quiet and peaceful.
We recommend...

There were no washcloths and when I went to the desk to get some they told me there were none. So no washcloths for cleaning/showering.
The outside of the property is in terrible shape, no mowing, around the building looks horrible grown over and up. No upkeep
The morning check out clerk (male) on sunday july 12th 2026 was rude and short."
