"The area surrounding the cabin was beautiful. Great fishing spot. Cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed and comfortably slept 5. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Generator was enough to keep out phones alive for 2 nights. Great spot, will definitely be coming back."

"was wonderful. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could need, and in a beautiful area. We love the quiet, the comfort, and the very responsive owner. Already thinking about visiting again soon. Highly recommended!"

"The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. "

"The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!"

"Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. "Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "
