"Location certainly gets 5 stars. Providing all cosmetics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) in refillable bottles and real glasses and coffee mugs, not plastic ones, is great and certainly helps the environment. The room and bathroom was big enough and very clean. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. Only downsize that there was no window to open, not even a small one. AC was working but letting some fresh air in from time to time would be appreciated."

"Central city hotel that was easy to find, our room was spacious and clean with wet room bathroom so no need to climb into a bath to have a shower. Some road noise but rooms are back from Hobson St so not too bad (double glazing would help) There's limited onsite parking and as there was work being done on the front of the Hotel the contractors seem to take most of the parks. Hopefully once completed that will free up. Easy to walk to central Queens St etc (10min) and we found lots of restaurants...

"Staff was helpful when we raised an issue on our bedroom musty smell and was giving me light headache after two days, they arranged to move us to their newly renovated room. The new room was great. The breakfast was very nice. Good food selection and helpful staff."

"Hotel was really conveniently located. Short walk from the airport bus drop off.
Room was pretty quiet, it was just unfortunate that whilst we were staying there, there were some works being undertaken which started at 9am but that was just a minor inconvenience. We would stop there again"

"The property was reasonable well maintained but the bed was not very comfortable. Also the appartment if one call it was not furnished well. Lack of setting area. Also WiFi did not work very well at all. A major draw back. Not good in traveling customers."
