"Well, where do I start! This is probably the best customer experience I’ve ever had from a hotel. We booked a room with an airport pickup included along with 2 x 60 min massages a day. "Not a five star as advertised but it was so nice. It was like being in the countryside amongst nature but only five minutes from town. It was low season so the hotel was very quiet. I loved the view of the countryside from the breakfast room and the sounds of nature. The staff were really polite. I’d go back in an instant. I had the ground floor room which was the best."

"I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport...
