"Great spot for fishing timber coulee creek and a little golf at the par 3 course at Snowflake. The heron stopped by to feed in the creek just off the deck and the deer all but joined us for our morning coffee. I thought the road would be too close but there were so few vehicles we hardly noticed. A very nice spot to slow down for a few days. "

"This is the place best to stay if you want to get away in the peace and quiet of rural Wisconsin. Larry and LuAnn greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived, and it felt like we'd known them forever. The space was comfortable for the 4 of us, with ample room to make meals, lots of windows to see the beautiful countryside (and watch the storms come in!), comfortable beds...I could go on...a place to grill, a fire pit...Check-in and check-out was easy. "We arrived at the properly late night. Michel was available for us and answered our questions right away. It’s perfectly located, close to Iowa and Minnesota. We drove to Brownsville MN to eat at a marina, the easy to go to La Crosse to have some great ice scream and walk by the river, and drove back to the Iowa side to have a beer in a local bar. It was amazing. The cabin itself it a magical place. You can just watch a movie and enjoy of a great view locking out the house, you can walk around...
