"Relaxing location and everything you need is there. Lou, the property owner, was on location most days and provided valuable information when he wasn't busy tending to the grounds and cabins. Great place at a reasonable price. "

"A little bit of a hunt to find the key. The owner was very responsive. Place was clean and welcoming. They were kind enough to have condiments and some bottles of water for us. Wish we actually stayed longer to enjoy the lake and hummingbirds a bit more!"

"We enjoyed our time on Somo lake, the paddle boat was also a lot of fun. This was our first real trip with our 8 month old puppy, cabin 1 was ideal for a dog and she learned to swim as well. Huge bonus was the water was clean so Echo didn’t require a bath. Good experience!"

"The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. We had kids from 1 mo- 6 years old. The house has so many unique details including bunk beds that would work even for adults. I especially enjoyed drinking my coffee on the dock in the morning and kayaking. The kitchen was fully stocked including even Tupperware. We had a few hiccups during the trip including the power being out for a few hours and the internet needing to be reset. I would bring flashlights. Due to the remote location of the...

"We stayed over the 4th of July. Beds were comfortable, gas grill worked, kayaks were a nice touch, plenty of room, everything was as described. "

"Very nice accommodations with nice surroundings by the river. It was so quiet at night and no nearby road traffic to bother either. We enjoyed visiting Timm's Hill and Big Falls County Parks, which were recommendations from our host. "

"Tasha has a beautiful home and property. We were very impressed with the accommodations she made. We especially loved the beautiful views of the animals and the sunset at night. We will for sure be back if we are in the area! "

"We had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and well maintained. The hosts made sure there was ample water and firewood.The property was beautiful with plenty of options to keep you busy.Bugs were definitely bad, but wearing the right clothing and using bug spray, worked well.I did find some ticks on my dog, but this is the woods and it’s to expected.I will definitely be back!"

"Great place with a beautiful deck and view of the lake!"

"The house was large and airy, and immaculate. The kitchen was very well-stocked with every kind of utensil, pot, pan, and dish. We enjoyed watching humming birds, turkeys, deer, chipmunks, herons, goldfinches, mourning doves, and squirrels. The yard was large enough for leisurely walks with our dog, and although we didn't use it, the fire bowl was beautiful. I can't recommend this rental enough!"

"Amazing host and stay at this nice cabin. Good for getting away and enjoying the outdoors. Or to enjoy the many other activities near the Eau Clair. Millers boat launch and dam was also a nice spot to check out. "
